Ivana Panić is a partner specializing in construction law with emphasis on FIDIC Conditions of Contract, along with real estate, infrastructure, construction adjudication and construction arbitration. Given that construction law/FIDIC is her main area of expertise, Ivana has been engaged in all firm's FIDIC-related mandates across the region on various project sides, including investors, contractors, and subcontractors in different industries, such as power plant construction and hotel/resort development.
With more than 16 years of experience, Ivana is regarded as one of the leading experts in construction and real estate industry. She is acting as a local FIDIC trainer with Serbian Association of Consulting Engineers (ACES). Additionally, she co-heads the international construction team and is an adjudicator on the expert pro list with Serbian FIDIC Association.
