Iván Flores

Iván has been part of the Mayora & Mayora team in Honduras since 2018. In 2010 he obtained his law degree with honors as a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras and holds a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the same institution. He has a vast professional experience, mainly in the area of civil, labor and administrative litigation. Another of his main focuses is registry law, from the preparation to the registration of commercial and civil acts and contracts of all kinds, to the registration of trademarks and other distinctive signs that require more specialized knowledge. No less important is the preventive advice provided to Honduran and international companies in corporate, tax and labor matters, among others. Promote to partner in 2025
