Iustin Armașu is a partner at Schoenherr Romania, where he co-heads the firm's dispute resolution practice (including litigation, insolvency & restructuring, wcc & criminal defence, internal investigations). Iustin is one of the firm's most experienced dispute resolution lawyers, having assisted on major local and international projects. He has strong track record in assisting on litigation cases in connection with various legal areas, with a focus on administrative contentious (including public procurement, competition, consumer protection, tax disputes), corporate and commercial litigation, employment disputes, private damages and contractual liability cases. Iustin has represented clients in a series of high-stake domestic arbitration. He assists creditors as well as debtors in complex debt collection/ restructuring programmes and insolvency procedures. In addition, he leads a good share of the firm's internal investigations projects. In recent years, he has also co-led Schoenherr's defence practice in Central Eastern Europe.
