Isabelle R. Cunningham is a senior associate in ArentFox Schiff's Food, Drug, Medical Device & Cosmetic practice group and a member of the Beverage & Food industry group. She concentrates her practice on alcohol and food & beverage regulatory matters, including labeling, advertising, product formulation, tied house law, alcohol franchise law and trade practices, wholesaler relations, and commercial agreement negotiations. Isabelle is well-versed in the complexities of food and beverage law, including Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
