Practice Areas

Irina is counsel in De Brauw's employment law and employee benefits department, where she advises and litigates on a wide range of employment-related issues in both collective and individual cases. A significant focus of her practice is litigating before the Dutch Supreme Court, where she has represented companies, individual employees and trade unions in several high-profile, landmark cases, including the Deliveroo and Uber Supreme Court cases. Irina also specialises in pension law, advising and litigating on a broad spectrum of pension-related issues for both employers and pension providers, including matters related to the fundamental reform of the Netherlands' pension system.
