Ioana Cazacu

Ioana Cazacu is a Partner in the Employment Practice, focusing on individual labour relations, industrial relations and collective negotiations, restructurings, transfer of undertakings, settlement of employment disputes as well as employment law compliance advice. She is also experienced in mergers & acquisitions and regulatory issues in the insurance and private pensions area.

Ioana Cazacu holds a Degree in Law from the University “Titu Maiorescu” of Bucharest and a Licence en Droit from the University of Orléans, Faculty of Law, Economics and Management. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London.

Ioana Cazacu is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association, as well as member of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
