Íñigo is the head of the M&A practice in Spain. He has advised a number of leading companies on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions. He has more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of corporate work and private equity deals including venture capital transactions, private and public M&A, joint ventures and restructuring, advising both domestic and international listed and unlisted clients and private equity houses.

He worked in the Private Equity department of A&O London. He is a reputed M&A and private equity expert in the market. He has worked for a variety of investment strategies, from traditional Private Equity investments to infrastructure and energy investments.

Iñigo has acted also for managers in LBOs and is a recognised expert on putting in place R&W insurance and MIP complex structures in the market.
