Inese Heinacka

Inese is a counsel and senior associate who has been practising law since 2002. Her core areas of expertise are banking and finance, restructuring, and insolvency. She possesses significant experience working on large loan projects, representing both borrowers and lenders. Inese has often analysed the activities of banks, payment institutions and electronic money institutions to assure that they are in line with the Latvian regulatory regime. Inese advises clients on insolvency and LPP issues and represents creditors in insolvency and restructuring processes.
