Ilona Fedurek

Ilona Fedurek, attorney at law, has over 14 years experience in banking & finance.

Her experience includes advising banks and other financial institutions on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions and general bank lending. She provides her clients with solutions regarding all major types of private investments, including unitranche, senior, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK debt financings. Ilona also regularly acts for a variety of lender syndicates and companies in relation to project finance and real estate finance transactions that include a number of award-winning and landmark projects. In addition, Ilona represents creditors in the structuring and regulation of intercreditor relationships, including with the participation of financial shield support institutions.

Before joining Schoenherr, Ilona was practicing law in Poland at Ieading law firms: SSW Pragmatic Solutions, White & Case and CMS Cameron McKenna. International in both her approach and experience, Ilona has worked in the London office of a major international law firm. Ilona has also been seconded to the structured finance team of a renowned bank in Poland.

Ilona has studied both in Poland and abroad, including at Ghent University.
