Mr. Mujica has over 15 years of professional experience, focusing his practice on litigation matters. At VGC, he leads the environmental litigation team, primarily designing, implementing and developing defense strategies and litigating in courts according to his clients’ needs. He serves as a professor at the Legal Clinic of the Law Faculty at Universidad de Chile. He began his career in the "Human Rights Program" of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security. He later conducted research and publications for Yale Law School's Human Rights Clinic and worked as an attorney at Human Rights First in New York.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
