Career
Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, 1999. D. in Juridical Sciences, at the same university and then at Duke University School of Law, Durham, NC, USA. Master of Laws, LL.M.Degree, May 2001; and a Master’s Degree focused on the study of Individual and Collective Labour Law and Environmental Law.
He participated in the International Labour Organisation, Geneva, Switzerland.
He is a specialist in Individual and Collective Labour Law. Advisor to companies and chambers of commerce. Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements in various fields.
He is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
He was a business representative member of the National Telework Legislation Commission. At the International Bar Association (IBA) where he served as Chairman of the Committee on Discrimination and Fairness in the Employment.
