Ian Ferreira is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Group. He is a trusted advisor to many of the world’s leading financial sponsors and investors on UK and international tax matters across private equity, M&A, funds and complex restructurings.

Ian’s practice covers the full spectrum of the asset management industry, with a particular focus on asset management M&A and restructuring, primary fundraises across all asset classes, GP liquidity solutions and fund secondary transactions, management company structuring, and global carry and co-investment planning.
