Hui Ling is a partner in Reed Smith’s Transportation Industry Group leading new frontiers in aviation finance and the transportation industry. She focuses on bespoke and high-value transactions advising the world’s largest and most reputable financing houses, aircraft leasing companies, airlines and manufacturers.

Hui Ling’s experience is unique, having led many first-of-its kind large ticket deals, and headline deals in excess of USD 2.8 billion. She has the breadth of client and deal exposure across SE Asia, S. Asia, N. Asia, Europe and the Americas that has consistently led her deals to be recognised as ‘innovative deal of the year’ amongst other accolades by AirFinance Journal, the China Air Finance Development Summit and Global Transport Finance.

Hui Ling chairs Reed Smith’s Singapore Environmental Working Group and is a member of the firm’s Environmental Task Force. Passionate about developing and supporting the energy transition in the transportation & logistics sector, she serves as sustainability sub-committee lead for Women in Aviation International Singapore. She provides guidance in designing green and sustainable finance and investment, and has appeared on many panels on these topics at key industry events.
