Commercial litigation, company, partnership (including LLPs) and insolvency, banking and fraud matters on and off-shore, regularly acting in substantial shareholder disputes, derivative claims and in claims against directors in relation to breaches of duty including payments of dividends and in defending directors in disqualification proceedings as well as claims for breach of warranty relating to share sale agreements. Formerly an investment analyst in the City and well versed in reading company reports and accounts, his practice includes cases where that is advantageous, as well as cases where he can assist as an Italian speaker.
