Experience

Ms. Zhu is experienced in advising on the establishment and/or operation of Sino-foreign joint ventures, FDI transactions and project financing. With her rich experience of legal service for both inbound and outbound investment and her excellent skill in legal service team management, Ms. Zhu has led her team in advising on numerous renewable energy projects in and outside of China, including wind power plants, solar power plants, hydro power plants and CDM transactions under the Kyoto Protocol.

Work Highlights

The overseas power merger and acquisition project (Malta Energy Investment Acquisition Project) that was led and completed by him has been recommended by the Chambers 2016 Client Guide and awarded "Deal of the Year" by "China Business Law Journal".

The overseas power merger and acquisition project (EMBA) that was led and completed by him was nominated for the ALB 2014 "Best Energy and Resources Project" award.

The international EPC general contracting project (Mariveles) that was led and completed by him has been awarded the "Project Finance of the Year" by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR).
