Experience

Zhou Anjie has long been engaged in legal affairs related to investment and financing in the energy and environmental sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, green project financing, and comprehensive reforms of state-owned enterprises. He has provided legal services for several mergers/acquisitions/restructurings/financings of energy and environmental governance projects that have had significant impacts within the industry, as well as consulting services for several pilot mixed-ownership reform enterprises of state-owned enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. As a core review committee member of Zhejiang Securities, Attorney Zhou Anjie has participated in the quality management and risk control of nearly a hundred bond issuances, restructurings of listed companies, and IPO projects at Zhejiang Securities.
