Hodiya Schnider

Hodiya Schnider is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Hodiya’s practice focuses on alternative investments and private investment funds (hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds), including fund formation, advising joint ventures and strategic collaborations, securities and regulatory advice to investment funds, structuring unique and/or hybrid structure, representing institutional and individual investors with respect to investing in private investment funds, and structuring and ongoing representation and secondary transactions.

Hodiya also has vast experience in representing corporations in international and domestic corporate, debt and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, equity financing, and banking financing transactions and providing ongoing securities, corporate and commercial advice to Israeli and foreign companies.

Prior to joining Meitar, Hodiya practiced law as an associate in the Investment Management Group (Private Investment Funds Group) at Schulte Roth and Zabel LLP, in New York for three years.
