Henning Hilke

Henning advises corporate clients, funds and banks on syndicated loans and other financing transactions with a particular emphasis on corporate and acquisition financings and M&A related financing matters, as well as on Schuldschein loans.

In acquisition financings, Henning has recently advised Waterland Private Equity on the financings of the acquisition of a majority stake in the software developer Gesellschaft für Organisation und Datenverarbeitung mbH (GOD), the 50/50 partnership with the top management consultancy Horn & Company and the acquisition of the three IT and cloud service providers Beck et al., binary und direkt gruppe.

In corporate finance transactions, Henning has recently advised CECONOMY AG on ESG-linked syndicated revolving credit facilities and has acted as counsel to the lenders in connection with a syndicated loan facility for BASF SE.
