The grenke Group, a global financing partner for small and medium-sized enterprises, has entered into a syndicated revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount of 350m EUR with an international bank syndicate. The new credit facility replaces the existing syndicated revolving credit facility and has a term of three years with extension options for up to two additional years.
Hengeler Mueller advised grenke on both the current financing and, at the beginning of the year, on a new financing in an aggregate amount of €150m for Grenke Italia S.p.A.
