Reinhold has a general corporate and capital markets practice. He has particular experience in IPOs, spin-offs and restructurings, public takeovers, M&A projects and capital markets compliance. He further specializes in advising boards of both listed and private companies.

Reinhold has been involved in a wide range of transactions. He has recently advised on the IPOs of Douglas AG, Knaus Tabbert AG, Knorr-Bremse AG, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and Hella KGaA, the rights offering of KION AG and the listing of Linde plc (merger with Praxair). In addition, he has acted on numerous planned IPOs as part of dual track transactions and spin-offs, such as Bayer/LANXESS and Metro/Ceconomy.

Recent M&A transactions include the sale of Stahlgruber GmbH to LKQ, recent corporate measures the reorganization of the OWG group.
