Helen Lynch is a longstanding committee member of the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association and heads up the education sub-committee of that organisation. She has widespread experience in all areas of confiscation law including applications under the Criminal Justice Act 1988, DTA, Civil Recovery Proceedings and Receivership applications as well as a high volume of all types of Proceeds of Crime Act applications.

Helen has been involved in cases with some of the highest value proceeds of crime cases and the current caseload of over 80 cases the department involves applications for confiscation orders of more than £100 million.
