Håvard Bergli

Bergli has long experience as an advisor and lawyer, and assists some of Norway's largest real estate companies in transactions and real estate projects, including acquisitions and sale of commercial properties, real estate developments, lease contracts, structuring and contracts.

In addition to his experience as a lawyer, Bergli has seven years’ experience as partner and project leader in investment companies, acting as a financial advisor on syndicated real estate projects. His expertise therefore also includes financial and commercial aspects of real estate transactions.
