Hanni Avinery is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Hanni represents prominent land developers, construction companies, contractors and acts for top tier real estate investors in Israel.

Hanni has a deep knowledge of the real estate markets in Israel and is an expert in that area with extensive experience in conducting and advising large scale transactions, handling complex projects and representing clients in related litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Additionally, Hanni has extensive expertise in commercial law and in handling a wide variety of transactions in this area, representing leading companies in the Israeli market in transactions in Israel and abroad, including automobile import, and advises them on an ongoing basis in their legal matters.

Hanni handles mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies, construction contracts, partnership agreements, transactions for development of commercial and residential properties, management agreements, purchase and sale of real estate properties (including malls and shopping centers), agreements with architects and engineers, ongoing handling of properties (including complex properties), financing agreements, construction and permanent loans and mortgages and advising projects during planning.
