Gustavo Campobassi

Gustavo began his professional practice in 1987 at Fornieles & del Carril Law Firm. At Fornieles & del Carril he worked on Corporations Law, Labor Law, and Insurance Law. As a senior associate of this law firm, he was in charge of the litigation law department and specialized in Damages Law. He counseled insurance companies, construction companies, and healthcare centers, among others. In 1999 he joined Pozo Gowland & Koch Law Firm and was made responsible for the litigation area as Senior Associate. He is one of Pozo Gowland Abogados' founding partners.

He is in charge of the litigation area of the Firm and provides advice on the resolution and handling of very complex civil, commercial, labor, and administrative disputes. He has gained expertise in environmental law counseling by taking part in high-impact proceedings of institutional significance before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and other national courts. He has also been intensely active in his field of expertise, dealing with administrative actions and claims before national and provincial authorities.
