Francisco Pozo Gowland

He began his professional career in the Judiciary of the City of Buenos Aires, where he served between 2013 and 2018, in the Chamber of Appeals in Contentious Administrative and Tax Matters. In 2018, he joined “Pozo Gowland Abogados”, where he became a partner in 2023. He specialises in administrative law and regulation of public services, works, and infrastructure, and provides legal advice related to the energy sector in electricity, oil, and gas. Francisco is also specialised in arbitration and litigation related to his areas of expertise. He has a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law and Hydrocarbons and Energy Industry Regulation, both from Universidad Católica Argentina. He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and the Young Committee of the Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA)
