Carlos Miná

Carlos started practicing at "Pozo Gowland & Koch - Abogados" where he worked from 1998 to 2006 where he was promoted to Senior Associate. He is one of the founding partners of Pozo Gowland Abogados.

Carlos specializes in administrative law and the regulation of public services. He provides legal counsel on matters related to the Energy Sector: participation in public and private tenders, drafting and negotiation of administrative and private contracts, tariff-related matters, and renegotiation of public utility concession agreements. He handles matters related to the Electricity Regulatory Framework. He has vast experience in administrative claims and proceedings, as well as in court and out-of-court litigation in cases related to the construction sector and public utilities.
