Executive director of the Federation of the Foreign Commerce Chambers (FCCE). Vice-president of the Permanent Forum for Tax Matters at EMERJ (Court Academy of Law, in Rio de Janeiro), among others.

Columnist of electronic magazines, co-author of the book “Tax Advisor”; author of several articles published in specialized local and international magazines, and book chapters on tax matters published in Brazil and abroad.

Professor of tax law at postgraduate course of Getúlio Vargas Foundation and in the graduate course of Cândido Mendes University (1993/2005). Extremely active lecturer at the main tax law congresses held in Brazil and abroad. President of the 71st Congress of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). It was attended by 2,000 tax professionals.
