Yang Guisheng is a senior partner in Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, an internationally registered legal counselor, and a geological engineer. He serves as a legal advisor for the Ministry of Natural Resources of the PRC and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC, and is the head of both the Real Estate and Energy Professional Committee and the Energy, Natural Resources, and Environment Industry Committee at Dacheng. He is also a practical mentor for postgraduates at law school of Renmin University of China. Yang has seven years of experience in geological and mineral scientific research at China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). In addition, he holds various positions, including Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the China Mining Value-added Services Alliance, Researcher at the Land and Resources Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, Investment Promotion Ambassador of the Xi'an Municipal People's Government in Shaanxi province, and Guest Professor at universities such as Chengdu University of Technology, Peking University School of Earth and Space Sciences, and Southwest University of Science and Technology.
