With over 20 years of experience in tax law, Guilherme advises major national and international clients on federal, state, and municipal tax disputes, planning, and compliance. Guilherme de Almeida Henriques holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and a postgraduate degree in Business and Economic Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He is a former Vice President of the Tax Law Commission at OAB/MG and a former Tax Policy Advisor to the Federation of Industries of Minas Gerais (FIEMG). He currently serves as Director of the Instituto de Estudos Fiscais (IEFi), a think tank focused on Brazilian fiscal policy and tax reform.
