Guilherme has more than 10 years of experience in debt restructuring and insolvency, having worked in the largest judicial reorganization proceedings, pre-packaged bankruptcies, and bankruptcy liquidations in Brazil, in addition to numerous complex litigation cases.

Guilherme also specializes in the advisory and representation of national and international companies and financial institutions in complex cross border transactions, credit recovery and the structuring of collateral packages.
