Gregory Toh is a Director of Ming Law Asia LLC. His practice spans commercial, shipping and international trade disputes, with experience in both litigation and international arbitration

As an Accredited Specialist in Maritime & Shipping Law recognised by the Singapore Academy of Law, Gregory is regularly entrusted with high-value, high-stakes disputes involving the core pillars of maritime operations - charterparties, bills of lading, marine insurance, cargo claims, bunker supply contracts, and collisions of contractual liabilities within global supply chains. His practice extends deeply into international commodities trading (covering coal, metals, oil), ship arrests, vessel repair, oil and gas disputes, agency matters, and logistics and warehousing arrangements that span multiple jurisdictions.

Gregory also frequently acts in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes and matters involving fraud, deceit, and conspiracy and asset recovery. He has secured a number of multi-million dollar freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders.
