Greg Davis concentrates his practice in zoning/land use approvals and real estate litigation. Greg has successfully pursued zoning and land development approvals for a wide variety of clients, including: national and regional developers of warehousing and distribution facilities; an international package delivery company; a national retail pharmacy chain; hospitals and healthcare facilities; public and private schools; a national fitness facility franchise; and regional and local developers of residential housing. He regularly appears before municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and planning commissions in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Lancaster, Lackawanna, Adams, Franklin, Cumberland and Luzerne Counties in Pennsylvania.
