Gráinne Walters

Gráinne specialises in corporate finance advisory and transactional work for private companies and growth companies.

Gráinne’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and succession planning, routinely acting on complex multimillion pound transactions for a range of clients across a broad spectrum of industries.

Gráinne’s expertise extends to drafting and negotiating high-end commercial contracts, encompassing trading documents, international distribution and agency agreements, supply agreements and banking and security documents. She is trusted adviser to a number of corporate clients and enjoys supporting those clients on all aspects of their supply chain management.

Gráinne trained with Lanyon Bowdler and then moved to London in 2007 to work with Charles Russell Speechlys, spending 9 months on secondment with Cable & Wireless whilst in London.

In 2014, she returned to Lanyon Bowdler and in 2015, she took over as head of the corporate department. Since then, Gráinne has concentrated on growing the corporate offering and has built a leading reputation for herself, and the team, in the corporate transactional market both locally and nationally.
