Graeme is a solicitor-advocate with extended rights of audience to appear in the Court of Session and the UK Supreme Court. He is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law. Specialises in defending personal injury claims in both the Court of Session and in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. He advises some of the UK’s largest general insurers as well as local authorities, public sector bodies, loss adjusters and other insurance intermediaries. His main areas of expertise are in employer’s liability, public liability disease claims, professional neglience and motor claims His experience also extends to advising and representing clients on issues relating to health & safety law. He provides advice to clients generally on health and safety issues and represents companies and public bodies following criminal prosecution under Health & Safety Legislation and at Fatal Accident Inquiries.
