Graciele Mocellin

Graciele Mocellin is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience. In 2023, she established her own law firm, bringing her entire team of Tax Law and Succession Planning experts with her and her clients. Graciele has built a diverse portfolio, working across various sectors such as Lifesciences, technology, heavy industry, food and beverage, seeds, with a particular focus on agribusiness and family offices.

Her deep understanding of agribusiness has led to her active involvement with ABRASS, an association dedicated to soybeans and seeds, where she collaborates closely with farmers on succession planning. This work includes organizing family business structures, providing succession training for heirs, and managing properties both in Brazil and internationally.

On the academic front, Graciele contributes to several extension courses focused on Wealth Management. She regularly participates in undergraduate and specialization courses at institutions such as FIA and Corteva, sharing her expertise with the next generation of legal professionals.
