Senior partner of the firm, Sergio Eskenazi is instrumental to the firm’s main area of expertise – that of Corporate Law, and the subsequent structuring of complex Mergers and Acquisitions operations. Sergio is also actively involved in the remaining range of areas the firm offers legal services in, assisting domestic and international clients.

Sergio has served as an Assistant Professor of the Corporate Law department at the Cândido Mendes University of Rio de Janeiro; as a Guest Lecturer in the Foreign Exchange extensions courses at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, and at Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets of Rio de Janeiro; and, also, as a Legal Consultant for the task force formed by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, regarding the reform of the Brazilian law responsible for regulating foreign investments in Brazil.

Co-author of the book “The Law of Brazilian Corporations”, published in 2009. Publications in some of Brazil’s most prestigious specialized law magazines – such as the ‘Revista de Direito Mercantil’, writing mostly about the main areas of expertise offered by the firm.
