Partner Goud Fjellheim specialises in litigation, public procurement and contractual law and is well-known for his unique expertise in these areas. Among recent highlights, he is representing the Norwegian Government in an IT-contract dispute which is by far the biggest such dispute brought before the Norwegian courts to date, with a total disputed amount of NOK 510 million.
