Career
Glenn Krinsky advises academic medical centers and major nonprofit hospital systems in California, throughout the United States, and internationally with their regulatory, transactional, operational, and investigatory affairs. Glenn's experience encompasses the full spectrum of health care delivery system and biomedical research enterprise issues, including academic affiliations, corporate governance, technology transfer, and national and international clinical trial research collaborations. He is also one of Jones Day's stateside leaders of its Middle East health care practice.
Glenn has further established himself as the nation's foremost practitioner in the representation of organ transplant programs, having represented 39 such programs in 23 states and the District of Columbia over the past two decades. These representations include complex proceedings in federal courts and before the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
