Giovanni Gazzaniga has more than 30 years' experience in M&A – both domestic and cross-border – assisting primary Italian and foreign operators in a variety of deals, including private equity transactions, public takeovers, mergers and spin-offs, as well as joint ventures. His broad experience spans various industry sectors, including financial services, energy, transport, telecoms, food & beverage, industrial and the fashion industry.
