Gina Bartoszek is a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois. She is a member of the General Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Healthcare Practices. Ms. Bartoszek has extensive experience defending physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, behavioral health facilities, and addiction recovery/residential treatment centers in malpractice actions. She also has substantial experience defending claims alleging violations of the Adult Protective Services Act (elder abuse). She has litigated cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries in state and federal courts. Her general liability litigation experience includes premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, roadway design cases, and construction site accidents. Her experience includes all aspects of litigation including initial investigation, discovery, motions, mediation and trial. Ms. Bartoszek’s appellate work includes the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and the 9th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals.
