Giedrius Stasevičius

Giedrius Stasevičius is a partner with experience across a wide range of complex financing projects, including secured lending, mezzanine and subordinated lending, loan syndications, securitization, and the issuance of mortgage and corporate bonds. His experience in banking covers most business processes, including licensing, regulatory and reporting, funding, lending and other financial operations, regulation of winding-up and restructuring options of banks.

2005 - 2007, Member of the Legal Certainty Group created by the European Commission to address clearing and settlement issues in the European Union.

2005 - 2008, Member of the Lithuanian Bar Association Council.

2002 - 2003, Member of Working group for drafting new Law on Concessions.
