Dr Egidijus Baranauskas is a partner and former judge for the Civil Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania. While working for the Supreme Court of Lithuania, he participated in various public procurement, financial sector and real estate proceedings. Egidijus has taught for 15 years at Mykolas Romeris University and was a professor in the Business Law Department. Egidijus works on large-scale projects that have great importance in formulating the Lithuanian courts’ practice. He is a recommended arbitrator at the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VCCA).
