Gianluca has a notable experience in the protection of intellectual and industrial property that encompasses all IP profiles. He provides in-court and out-of-court assistance to a wide range of companies, inventors and authors, both domestic and international. He has acquired a remarkable expertise in the protection of design, including at copyright level, and know how, also through the implementation of IT systems that use new technologies, including blockchain, to catalogue and secure confidential information. His deep knowledge of the matter enables him to offer a transversal assistance, aimed not only at finding the most effective solution but also at preventing issues that may arise.
