He deals with IP (trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs, designs, patents and know-how, copyright and unfair competition) and misleading and comparative advertising litigation before ordinary courts and the Italian Competition and Advertising Standards Authorities.
He assists clients in drafting and negotiating technology transfer contracts, licence, testimonial, influencer and software-related agreements, T&C referring to e-commerce platforms, apps and social networks.
He has extensive experience in consultancy and litigation regarding privacy matters and assists Italian and multinational companies in the compliance process to the European General Data Protection Regulation. He is an Expert of the Milan Chamber of Commerce for the disputes related to domain names “.it”.
Before joining LCA in 2014, he had been associated with primary Italian and foreign law firms, such as Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Amarjit & Advocates, Matheson Ormsby Prentice and MCM Avvocati.
He teaches trademark and design protection, advertising and unfair competition law in master and specialization courses.

He is author of several publications, including a book on the implementation in Italy of the new EU Trade Secrets Directive. He edited the book “Advertising Law” published in January 2020 by Giuffrè Lebfevre.
