He also works in the Private Equity field, on banking and financial law matters and on licensing contracts for the luxury industry.
Career
He was co-founder of MBL&Partners, an Italian law firm with a great reputation in the M&A world. He then became a partner in an international firm and then a partner in a historic Italian law firm. He has been assistant professor of commercial law at the Law School in Bologna and professor of comparative private law at the University of Ferrara.
He has held the office of independent director in some listed companies and banks.
Publications
He has been the author of monographs and articles on corporate matters and a speaker at numerous conferences. As a member of a commission at the Ministry of Justice, he has participated in the drafting of law projects on corporate matters.
Personal
He has shared the activity of lawyer with the passion for sport as a pilot first of racing motorboats (with a title of class 3 offshore world champion) and then of historic racing cars.
