Germano Costa Andrade is the founding partner and lead strategist of the firm, responsible for its institutional positioning and for leading high-stakes matters in both public and private law. His practice encompasses legal advisory and litigation in corporate law, contracts, succession planning, and environmental law. He also serves as General Counsel to key clients, offering comprehensive legal support that extends beyond traditional business issues.
Currently, Germano has been dedicated to developing and structuring tax strategies that maximize the use of tax benefits available to companies operating in the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM), reinforcing his commitment to providing legal solutions aligned with economic development policies in the region.
In 2023, he was elected to the Board of Directors of ADEMI-AM (Association of Real Estate Business Executives of Amazonas), marking the first time a lawyer without direct links to the real estate sector joined the Board. His appointment reflects not only his legal authority but also the strategic role he plays in the broader business landscape of the region, having been one of ADEMI-AM’s founding members in 2015.
