Career

Germano Andrade is the founding partner and leading strategist responsible for the firms management and positioning, as well as dealing with high profile cases in public and private law.

Mr. Andrade advises clients in consulting and litigation matters encompassing corporate, contracts and successions. He also practices in environmental law and acts as General Counsel to many clients, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the non-business aspects of their businesses.

Currently, he has been focused on developing tax theses focused on making the most of all tax benefits granted to companies based in the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM).
