Carolina Botelho is the partner responsible for the firm’s civil and corporate litigation practice, with a strong focus on the real estate, industrial, and retail sectors. She leads judicial, administrative, and extrajudicial proceedings, designing litigation strategies aligned with the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code and tailored to each client’s business context. Carolina also manages the delivery of key performance indicators, working closely with clients to define data-driven approaches for litigation control and risk mitigation.
She is a specialist in Civil Procedure and Real Estate Law. For over seven years, she has served as Legal Director of ADEMI-AM (Association of Real Estate Business Executives of Amazonas) and is an active member of the Legal Council of CBIC (Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry), the country’s leading association of real estate developers.
