Career

Carolina Botelho is responsible for the corporate civil practice, advising clients especially in the real estate, industry, and retail sectors. Acting both in the extrajudicial sphere, as well as in the administrative and judicial spheres, defining the leading procedural strategies in actions governed by the civil procedure code of the firm.

Mrs. Botelho is also responsible for managing the delivery of key indicators to clients in the civil area, defining together with them, and based on the available data, the main strategies for litigation management. She is specialist in Procedural Law.

Carolina is a recognised practitioner in the areas of Dispute Resolution: corporate and contractual disputes, class actions, preventive litigation counselling. She also has a large experience in consumer law.

Mrs. Botelho is Chief Legal Officer of ADEMI-AM (Association of Real Estate Business Managers) and is a legal council member of CBIC (Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry).
