Armando Santos is responsible for the labour practice: labour litigation, preventive consulting in labour relations, trade union negotiations, work environment, social security and advisory on labor risk.

Mr. Santos is also responsible for managing the delivery of key indicators to clients in labour area, defining together with them, and based on the available data, the main actions required to reduce litigation and risk of labor fines. He is specialist in Employment & Labour and Social Security Law.

Mr. Santos is certified to the OCRA methodology, enabling his expertise to better assess injury risk conditions and advise clients on best practices to avoid/minimize risks.
