Gerald Burgstaller

Gerald Burgstaller is one of the founding partners of Burgstaller & Preyer Rechtsanwälte GmbH (bpr.at) and practices law as an attorney since 1998. His exclusive professional focus - as well as the one of his labour law boutique firm (one out of a maximum of three in Austria working exclusively in this area of law concentrating on the employer side) - is on labour and employment law. The labour law boutique firm mainly advises national and international employer clients in this area of the law. Apart from rendering advice to their clients, the firm also represents clients in all kinds and stages of labour law litigation.

Gerald Burgstaller and Helmut Preyer founded Burgstaller & Preyer Rechtsanwälte GmbH in 2001. Previously, Gerald had worked for years in two prominent Austrian law firms (Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH and Cerha Hempel Rechtsanwälte GmbH) in the labour law departments.
