Birgit Vogt-Majarek is one of the founding partners at SCHIMA MAYER STARLINGER Attorneys at Law (short sms.law). For over ten years she has been jointly heading the employment practice, in fact one of the biggest in Austria, together with Georg Schima. Birgit advises and represents domestic and foreign, private as well as public companies in all issues of individual and collective employment law, as well as in corporate law and administrative law. Additionally, she advises executives from the preparation of the contract to its termination. Furthermore, Birgit has strong expertise in corporate restructurings, industrial constitution law, cross-border staff assignment, compliance, working time law as well as data protection.
